A little practical know-how
Weather differs between northern, central and southern Vietnam. Bay cruises and outdoor activities depend on conditions. Domestic flights, when required, are quoted separately and clearly itemised.

Good to know.
What should I know before travelling to Vietnam?+
Weather differs between northern, central and southern Vietnam. Bay cruises and outdoor activities depend on conditions. Domestic flights, when required, are quoted separately and clearly itemised.
Does a Vietnam itinerary involve domestic flights?+
A route combining northern, central and southern Vietnam may require domestic flights or longer road transfers. The itinerary and written quotation identify each overnight base and transport leg. Flights are excluded unless expressly listed, so ask us to show both the travel time and total cost before you confirm.
What happens if a bay cruise cannot operate?+
Bay cruises depend on weather, maritime permissions and the vessel’s schedule. We will confirm the cruise category, cabin, meals and transfers in your quotation. If an authority suspends sailing, the local team will explain the available alternative and any change in cost under the operator’s terms.
When is a good time to visit Vietnam?+
Our current planning guide highlights March–April and September–November; varies by region as a useful travel window. Weather, local events and operating hours can still differ across the region and between years. Tell us the month you have in mind so we can suggest the most suitable route and check the activities you want.
How many nights should I spend in Vietnam?+
Our Vietnam collection currently has starting itineraries from 4 to 8 nights. A shorter trip can focus on one base; a longer one makes room for more experiences and less rushed transfers. We will recommend a length after considering your arrival point, travel style and any must-see places.
Can I choose the activities on my Vietnam holiday?+
Yes. Hanoi’s old-quarter streets, Hạ Long Bay cruising, Hoi An’s riverside heritage are among the ideas in our Vietnam plans. Tell us which interest you, which you would rather skip and how active you want the days to be. The quotation will state exactly which visits, tickets and transfers are included.
